Assertive people prefer action to talk. When faced with a problem, they immediately try to work out a solution.
Meditative people sit and think about a problem for a long time, considering all aspects before taking a decision.

Cooperative people think that the easiest way to solve a problem is to get help from others. Another person’s perspective can help them get a decision. The more opinions, the better.
